Team

Meg Taylor (they/she) is an Arizona native with 23 years of nonprofit expertise, walking alongside dozens of nonprofit and social enterprises as they grow from founding to finish.

Meg's journey in the nonprofit sector has seen them support numerous small mission-driven teams across Arizona, California, and Nevada, guiding organizations through every stage of growth. In addition to their work with micro to mid sized nonprofit organizations, for the last 3 years, Meg has assisted the City of Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture, the Arizona Commission on the Arts and the Arizona Housing Coalition with their grantmaking efforts. Meg has been a consultant with TAPAZ for the last 7 years and an advisor for HUUB since 2020. In 2022, Meg founded Capably, the best toolkit of operational resources for mission-driven organizations.

In addition to their professional endeavors, Meg is a 2024 Leading for Change Fellow. Their commitment to fostering positive change extends beyond their professional roles, as they continue to advocate for social justice and equity in all aspects of their work.

Her goal is to empower small organizations to move to a place of sustainability and healthy growth through collaboration and access to resources, no matter their size.
